Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number to keep up on your delivery status. If you are unsure of the status of your delivery please contact the Customer Service team here. Allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship. We are not responsible for carrier delays or issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Return details:

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened sets in their original packaging. Contact our customer support team at info@brickcraftofficial.com to initiate a return or exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.

If the returned item(s) appear damaged (intentional tampering) or is received in a condition that is different from the condition in which it was sent, Brickcraft reserves the right to issue a partial refund at their discretion.
