Your order includes everything you need to build the set: all the necessary pieces, detailed step-by-step instructions, and any additional elements specified in the set's description. Our goal is to ensure you have all the tools and guidance needed for a successful build.
What should I do if my set is missing parts?

We're really sorry to hear that something was missing from your new Brickcraft™ set. We strive for perfection in every set and take it very seriously when a faulty one slips through. Don’t worry, though—we can send you the parts you need!

Please fill out this Replacement Parts Form. Be sure to include a complete description of the missing part using photos from the instruction manual, along with the set name and number. Once your part is on its way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email.
Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Can I return or exchange my Brickcraft set?

Yes! We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened sets in their original packaging. Contact our customer support team at info@brickcraftofficial.com to initiate a return or exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.

*Please note we do not refund original or return shipping and handling fees. If the returned item(s) appear damaged (intentional tampering) or is received in a condition that is different from the condition in which it was sent, Brickcraft reserves the right to issue a partial refund at their discretion.
